1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdgo22 (hereinafter "bdgo22", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and content available at bdgo22.app and any associated mobile or web-based interfaces.

bdgo22 operates as an online entertainment platform offering casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and sports betting services — including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international fixtures — to players in Bangladesh and other eligible markets. All services are provided in English, and all financial transactions on bdgo22 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, terms, or conditions that may be published in connection with individual games, promotions, bonuses, or tournaments on the bdgo22 platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific terms of the relevant promotion or game.

bdgo22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered players. Continued use of the bdgo22 platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Age & Eligibility

The bdgo22 platform is strictly available to adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or claim any bonus or promotional offer on bdgo22. This age restriction applies without exception to all users across all jurisdictions.

2.1 Age Verification

bdgo22 takes underage gambling seriously. All players are required to complete identity and age verification as part of the account registration process and, in all cases, prior to processing any withdrawal request. Verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

Any account found, upon investigation, to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be closed immediately. 2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using bdgo22 is lawful in their jurisdiction. bdgo22 does not make any representation or warranty that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access bdgo22 from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on bdgo22. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bdgo22 services, including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals, you must create a registered player account. Registration on bdgo22 is free of charge.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to:

Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate suspension.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdgo22 username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your account. All activity conducted through your account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdgo22 support immediately at [email protected].

bdgo22 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and multi-layer account security protocols to protect your data. However, the security of your login credentials remains your personal responsibility, and bdgo22 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bdgo22 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered accounts in accordance with our internal responsible gaming and anti-fraud policies. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bdgo22 may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities or, in persistent cases, account closure. All KYC documents submitted to bdgo22 are stored securely and used only for the purposes set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdgo22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdgo22 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which bdgo22 accepts no responsibility.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on bdgo22 is ৳300. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players may set voluntary deposit limits via account settings as part of bdgo22's responsible gaming tools.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from bdgo22 are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal is approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to the player's account must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

Deposits made to bdgo22 must originate from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. bdgo22 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request that it deems to require additional scrutiny under its internal anti-money laundering procedures. Suspicious account activity will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bdgo22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins offers, and seasonal promotions timed around events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are awarded in BDT and credited to the player's bonus balance, separate from the real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements differ by bonus type and are clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Typical wagering requirements on bdgo22 range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirement completion. Contributions per game category are specified in individual bonus terms.
• bdgo22 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before its wagering requirement is met, any winnings derived from that bonus will be forfeited.
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements — will have all bonuses and any associated winnings forfeited and may have their accounts permanently suspended.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and make their first qualifying deposit on bdgo22 may be eligible for a welcome bonus. The specific welcome bonus amount, wagering requirement, minimum qualifying deposit, and eligible games will be stated on the bdgo22 promotions page at the time of registration. Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Providers & RNG Certification

6.4 Voided Bets & Technical Errors

bdgo22 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, system malfunction, or data feed failure has materially affected the conduct or outcome of a game or betting market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account. bdgo22 is not liable for any losses arising from such technical events beyond the return of the original stake.

7. User Obligations

By using the bdgo22 platform, you agree to the following obligations and accept that breach of any of these obligations may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account:

• You will use your bdgo22 account solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes.
• You will not use any automated software, bot, script, AI, or any other tool to interact with bdgo22 games, betting markets, or account systems in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with bdgo22's security, RNG systems, odds calculation systems, or any other technical infrastructure.
• You will not engage in, facilitate, or encourage any form of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or other illegal activity in connection with your use of bdgo22.
• You will ensure that all information you provide to bdgo22 — including during registration, verification, and support interactions — is truthful, accurate, and current.
• You will comply with all applicable laws of Bangladesh in connection with your use of bdgo22.
• You will not create or use more than one bdgo22 account at any time.
• You accept full financial responsibility for all wagers placed from your account, regardless of whether those wagers were placed by you or by another person using your account with or without your knowledge.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bdgo22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or verification information
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or money laundering
• Use of automated software, bots, or prohibited technical tools
• Account holder identified as being under 18 years of age
• Player requests self-exclusion under the bdgo22 responsible gaming policy
• Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy)

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Any registered player may request permanent closure of their bdgo22 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their most recently verified payment method, subject to standard KYC completion requirements.

8.2 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bdgo22 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fees. If contact is not possible, a monthly administration fee may be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Dormant account fees will not exceed ৳200 per month.

8.3 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may appeal the decision by contacting bdgo22 at [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of suspension or closure. bdgo22 will review all appeals and provide a written response within 14 business days. The decision reached on appeal is final.
